| Higher Ground is our contemporary worship service, held every Sunday morning from 8:30-9:30. This service features contemporary praise and worship music led by our own youth praise band, a message by Pastor Steven, and communion. The Youth Group meets 3:00 - 5:00 on Wednesdays after school. We just ride the church bus with brother Bill from school to First Christian, so transportation is not a problem We have Sunday School classes each Sunday morning 9:30 - 10:30 for Senior High youth all the way down through nursery. The Higher Ground Praise Band practices each Sunday morning at 8:00 to prepare for Higher Ground. If you have a musical talent, you may want to join us for this fun time of praise and worship through contemporary music. In addition to these regularly scheduled events, we do lots of other stuff too, like attend really cool Christian concerts, go to camp, have picnics, and other "hang out with each other" stuff. |
